Instead, individuals and organizations will attach a private cognitive layer to shared base models.</p> <p>The base model supplies general intelligence. Personal data supplies identity and continuity. Enterprise data supplies domain knowledge and operating rules. Agent systems turn those capabilities into action.</p>
